This heartening collection of prayers touches on a wide range of everyday matters and will help families today bring their faith into the routine of home and working life. There are prayers to say at meal times, at the end of the day, or on special occasions, such as a birthday or Christmas. There are prayers for particular occasions such as when someone we love is ill, when a child is unhappy at school or when we want to say sorry. Includes prayers in different styles. Some are written by school children, while other, more formal prayers, are written specially by Rowan Williams. All royalties will go to The Children's Society.
