Media Reviews
This book is a very useful tool when educating about international arbitration in the generic sense. It contains substantial coverage on key aspects from the arbitral agreement to the binding resolution. This book successfully introduces all of the areas of international arbitration. The detail and depth the book goes into makes it a must read for all students attempting to study any form of arbitration whether it is investment or international commercial arbitration. The only weakness of the book is that it could dive deeper into the different dimensions as outlined earlier and it could differentiate between the dynamics of investment and international commercial arbitration.
