Media Reviews

The new resources are incredible. Teaching introductory sociology has been dreaded by lectures because of the vast diversity of the material that needs to be covered. This website does much to erase that dread. The materials are of a very high quality. No lecturer will be feel that they are dropping their intellectual standards by using this material. My guess is that the more lecturers adopt this book and its accompanying material the more the standards of introductory courses in sociology will rise. Matthew Bond, University of Kent.
