Author's Bio

Pat Zietlow Miller is the New York Times bestselling author of Be Kind. Her first book, Sophie’s Squash, received a Golden Kite Award, a Crystal Kite Award, a Charlotte Zolotow Honor, and an Ezra Jack Keats Honor. As a child, she loved drawing the stories told by her grandmother, and it was her dream to become an illustrator for children’s books.
