Description

Sunday Times bestselling author Emma Petersen returns with a collection of tasty, balanced meals designed to keep you energised all day long.

There’s a myth that high-protein food is bland, boring, and destined to be dry.

Healthyish High-Protein flips that on its head, proving you can fuel your body with flavour-packed meals made from wholesome ingredients – no sacrifices, absolutely no protein powder, just proper food that’s easy enough for every day.

Inside, Emma shares recipes that fit into real life: lunches you can eat cold, sweet treats that actually satisfy, a whole plant-powered chapter and snacks that travel well. Plus, each recipe includes a macronutrient count listing how much protein is in each dish. Think: aromatic Za’atar Chicken, Tofu Loaded Fries, Tempeh Meatballs, a Raspberry Ripple Sundae – and even an Egg Curry inspired by her travels in India.

Emma’s handy formulas section helps you build bowls from scratch and mix-and-match recipe elements across the book, making it easy to meal prep and keep your week feeling fresh and flavourful.

Author's Bio

Quite the polar opposite of being a cookbook author, or a food content creator, Emma Petersen qualified as a solicitor in August of 2023. After devoting many years to attaining her quote unquote dream career as a corporate lawyer in the City, it wasn’t until she got there that she realised she was slowly losing everything that was most important to her: time for cooking, exercising, seeing family, socialising with friends and sharing her love for food online. She quit and threw herself into growing her social media platforms and developing her culinary skills. Her debut cookbook became an instant Sunday Times Bestseller.
