Description

Agatha Christie’s most famous detectives receive the Mr Men Little Miss treatment!

Hercule Poirot meets Mr Men and Little Miss in this new story, written and illustrated by Adam Hargreaves. Loosely inspired by Death on the Nile, but with a charming and humorous twist for younger fans, this is a mystery that requires ‘little grey cells’ to solve it!

Introducing Mr Poirot – a new Mr Men character who is a famous Belgian detective, like someone Agatha Christie fans have already met!

Mr Poirot is escaping the winter gloom with a sunny cruise on the River Nile when he meets his friend Colonel Rush, who travels the world tracking down criminals. His relaxing holiday soon includes much mischief and a mystery to solve, with many Mr Men and Little Miss suspects, including Mr Tickle with his extraordinarily long arms! Can Mr Poirot use his little grey cells to solve this most mischievous mystery?

This is the first Mr Poirot mystery in a mischievous new partnership, publishing alongside Little Miss Marple: Muddle at the Vicarage.

Author's Bio

It all started with a tickle. Roger Hargreaves’ son Adam asked him what a tickle looked like, so Roger drew a small orange man with extraordinarily long arms that could reach anywhere and tickle anyone. Roger went on to create many more Mr Men and Little Miss who have been delighting children and adults for generations. Sadly Roger passed away in 1988, but his son Adam took over the series, introducing new characters and exciting new adventures featuring the much-loved Mr Men and Little Miss.
