Author's Bio
Carol is an associate professor at a UK university, and leads an outreach and research group. She began teaching as a physics lecturer and has worked in education for over 30 years. Carol is an experienced curriculum designer and has written textbooks for Collins and many different organisations. Dr Jeremy Pollard is an experienced former Physics teacher and current Principal Examiner. He taught for 30 years, 20 of those as Head of Science. He has taught across the full range of Biology, Physics and Chemistry from KS3 to A-level, and is a specialist in Applied Science. He is the author of numerous textbooks, workbooks, revision guides and teacher guides, and he currently delivers revision masterclasses preparing students for science examinations. Chris Sunley is an education advisor working for a number of different academies, academy chains and overseas schools. His roles have included Head of Science, Local Authority Science Advisor, Science HMI and Chief Examiner for GCSE Science. He is a co-author of a range of successful primary, GCSE and IGCSE Science and Chemistry textbooks for HarperCollins.
