Collins Primary Social Studies for Antigua and Barbuda has been specially written by a local teacher to meet the needs of local schools, teachers and students.

Anthea S. Thomas is the mother of three sons and has worked as an educator for the past twenty-four years. She is currently a Senior Teacher at the Freemansville Primary School where she teaches Language Arts and Social Studies. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Educational Administration and is currently pursuing a Master’s of Science in Instructional Design and Technology. Her love and passion for Social Studies has propelled her into completing a series of books that has become a source of enjoyment for both students and teachers.
