Media Reviews

Parekh’s dynamic black-and-white illustrations perfectly capture the mayhem, while Hassett’s archaeological insight ensures every wild moment is rooted in fact. Perfect for inquisitive minds aged 8+, this third instalment in the Totally Chaotic History series proves that learning about the past can be every bit as entertaining as a blockbuster adventure. * Minipreneur *
A brilliantly entertaining read that extended my knowledge considerably, making it perfect not just for young readers but also school staff who want to improve their understanding of the Stone Age. * World's Smallest Library *
Bursting with facts, the whole thing is hugely amusing from cover to cover, made all the more so by Rikin Parekh whose illustrations are splendid. If this fails to engage children, then I’ll spend a night on that luxurious-looking stone bed. Ouch! * Red Reading Hub *
This was a big hit as the class as they have been doing all about the stone age. Loads of interesting fact put across in an engaging and funny way. They loved the illustrations and funny notes written in the margins from an Archaeologist. * Toppsta Reviewer *
A brilliant book, full of fascinating information about The Stone Age. It goes into lots of depth and covers a lot, yet is written in an accessible way. This is a book that both myself and my daughter have both thoroughly enjoyed reading. * Toppsta Reviewer *
