Author's Bio
Peter Hawkins is Chairman of Bath Consultancy Group through which he works with a wide variety of organizations throughout the world on Managing Complex Change. He writes and lectures in the field of Organizational Learning and Culture and Strategic Change. He lives in Bath with his wife and three children. Robin Shohet has been an individual and couple psychotherapist for over twenty years. He runs Supervisor training courses through the Centre for Staff Team Development both in the UK and abroad. Currently he combines this work with research and writing in the field of Forgiveness and Reconciliation. He lives in a spiritual community in the North of Scotland with his partner and two sons.
