* The countries included as part of Europe are currently: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus,
Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland,
Republic of Ireland, Italy, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, San Marino, Slovenia,
Spain, Sweden and Switzerland. Countries not in this list will be charged at 'Rest
of World' delivery rates.
** If your country is not currently on the dropdown list during the registration
or checkout process then unfortunately we cannot ship to you at this time. We are
always rechecking those countries we ship to and if your country is not on there
now, look back shortly and we may have updated our ship-to list.
*** We guarantee all orders placed before 12pm will be shipped same day and will
reach customers by the next working day. Express shipping is currently only available
to customers within the UK, we are seeking to offer this service to all customers
so please check back regularly if you live outside the UK for updates to see if
we have expanded our offer.

Not yet, but very shortly we will be rolling this out exclusively for customers who purchase on our site.
How does shipping for 'AwesomeBooks Magic Bundles' work?
The Bundle cost of £6.99 to UK, Europe and North America includes shipping (full list of coutries included in 'Europe' is given above and in Shipping Details page). Ordering a bundle to all other destinations we ship to is charged at £1.99 extra, i.e. £8.98 in total.

Fill up our online enquiry form or drop us an email on customerservice@awesomebooks.net, and if its still in our distribution centre we'll send a hunting party out to track down the item and make the changes you requested
What condition are your books in, what does 'used-good' mean?
Different books reach us in different conditions. Here is what our different condition
types mean:
Used-Good: The book has clearly been used before but there are
will be minimal damage to the book meaning it has a lot of life left in it. The
pages might be slightly dog eared, but the book will not be ripped or torn in any
way, the cover will be in good condition and the book will not have any smells or
odours from previous owners. Textbooks may have some highlighting in them from previous
owners but this will be limited to a few pages, otherwise we will not grade it at
this level.
Used-Like New: These books are all but new. This means they may
originally have had a plastic shrink wrap on them which has since disappeared or
they may have been sitting around in a bookshop for a while waiting for a buyer
but other than, the condition will be mint.
Brand New: Erm…well…Exactly what it says. Brand New,
directly from the publisher or printer.
